I have a room available for rent. Utilities and amenities are included in rent, including high speed internet access and use of hottub. Room will share a bathroom with another roommate. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Homeowner has 2 Pomeranians, so other pets cannot be accommodated. Ideal roommate will love dogs and be willing to build a household community and become friends with roommates.
