I have a Lease I'd like to be gone ASAP. Its at Park Place Reno, right next to UNR. Its easy to access public transportation and lots of great areas to eat! Only one roommate right now who's living there. Cable, internet, washer unit, etc. are all in the apartment. There's a pool, spa, workout room, theatre room, computer lab, fitness room, and plenty of study rooms. There is always heavy security so it's extremely safe. Can have pets.
