I have bedroom for rent it has 2 closets and can fit a queen size bed set in it. House has an upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has a loft with a couch and tv in it and the downstairs has a sectional couch with a tv as well. Utilities included in rent but subject to be more if there is high usage from renter ! Will have to pay a weekly fee of $ to use washer and dryer or can go to laundry matt
