Looking for someone reliable, clean, quiet, responsible, for at least months in Donelson. I have a dog she will be crated when not home and is well behaved. I have a small compact laundry washer that came in unit but there is an on- laundry facility a couple buildings over. There are multiple laundry places with in a mile radius if you decide to go that route. Location is also only minutes from downtown. Room is not furnished .
