I am an active senior looking to share my home with someone who is easy going. I work from my home very part time, my office is in my bedroom. I am politically involved, I will say that I am active in the Democratic party, I keep an open-mind about people's political views and would appreciate like minded individuals. I am also social, I love meeting and getting together with my friends. My friends think I am sentimental and kind. (I've been told this). I have had roommates for the last years, one for years and I am easy to get along with. I have a small poodle that is friendly and hypoallergenic (he doesn't shed, very cute.)

The bedroom is large, has hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and a large mirrored closet and beautiful window coverings. There is a private bathroom with a large shower. Rent includes high speed internet (wireless) and cable (HBO & Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime). The complex is very quiet and has 2 heated pools & spa as well as a sauna and recreation room. It is located in Calabasas right off Fwy at Las Virgenes Road. Central to Pepperdine, minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes to Agoura/Westlake/Thousand Oaks and the Valley.
