We are looking for someone to rent out our spare bedroom in our house. We have 2 dogs and an 8 year old son upstairs. We do have a downstairs with another roommate and his dog. It will be a shared kitchen space and bathroom. Rent includes utilities, and the house is a fixer-upper work in the project house.
