And it is brand new. I am the first tenant in my uni, which is awesome. • Secured gated locatio to be able to get i. You also need door codes.• Plenty of parking spaces to park.• Multiple parks to chill and have fun, and a -mile-and-half trail you can use to run, walk, or simply just get out of the apartment.• The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with some beautiful views (has an elevator and all). It really looks like a resort or maybe a hotel! 😁 kitchen and the visitors' bathroom are both to your disposal.• Great freaking awesome gym! Windows all around! And wait until you see the lounge area! Great views! Just a great location.You need to be - • Someone responsible, clean, and above all respectful and honest.Requirements - • 1st month rent in advance + 1 month deposit.• Background check• You will be added to the lease contract, which means you will need proof of income.
