Hello!! My roommate (female) and I live in a 3 bedroom home. We are located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Tustin. A lot of shopping/grocery stores near by. Also, it’s walking distance from old town Tustin! We are working adults and enjoy down time when we are home. We are looking for a clean, respectful person. Overnight guests are okay sometimes but not often. We don’t allow any pets as we already have a cat who stays in my roommates room. You get your own room with shared bathroom! The room is a medium size room. Fits a queen size bed with a dresser and side tables. Rent is + utilities included and a deposit you get back when you move out if there are no damages to the home.
