Must be neat and clean and know how to clean up after yourself. Laundry privileges. Light cooking no cooking with grease. Utilities will be split three ways. So it we’ll not be that much.no smoking. No drugs no excessive drinking. This is not a party house. No overnight guest. We are a drama free house so we are looking for the right fit.
