Hi! Looking for someone to take over my Huntington Beach apartment lease in October or November. Rent is $ befor utilities. Beach is a .2 mile walk from apartment and you will have a roommate. It is a bath townhouse style layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and the living room and kitchen is downstairs. The roommate who is staying does have a cat but it is super friendly and so is she. The apartment complex provides parking, you will have your own designated space, 2 pools, a dog park, a fitness center, a pool table, and the location is unbeatable. It is walking distance from Downtown Huntington Beach and it is right next to a shopping center with a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished, so you would just have to move into your room and bathroom!Looking for someone who is pet friendly (fine with the cat) and enjoys being close to the beach!!
