Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move out with by December. I’m researching apartments like crazy, and didn’t want to have to use a paid app, but finding someone is hard, so here we are. I’m open to any gender, but it’s imperative we at least video chat before confirming anything. My budget is $, and we can go for 3 people altogether if ultimately that’s cheaper. I’m also planning on bringing my furniture from my old apartment, so I’ll have a couch that’s only a few months old, a tv, and a PS5 and Xbox One X that you’re free to use. Also a fire stick, and we can work out if we split subscriptions or not. I also have a lot of cooking utensils and a pressure cooker, so if you cook/want to use those things, you can. I try to be very clean, and ask that you are as well. I also keep to myself and like to have my girlfriend over from time to time. You can bring guests too, and I don’t mind if they stay overnight now and then, so long as they’re respectful of the space and don’t leave messes or are loud. Lastly, if you smoke, please do it outside. Cigarettes are a no for me, weed is cool but keep the odor outside of the apartment. Hope we can find a place together. Feel free to reach out!
