You have 2 options here, you may move into either the guest room pictured above for the listed price or you have the option to move into the master. My current roommate has the master bedroom. The house has in unit laundry, central AC/heat, dish washer, private bathrooms in both rooms, a private backyard, outdoor storage, indoor storage and a gas stove. The rent is a flat rate. I take care of all bills for you. I’m open to all roommates. All I ask is that you pick up after yourself and respect the home.
