Hi! I have a room available. I work from home so need a roomate that is relatively quiet and likes to keep a clean house. Like to do trivia and have nights out on the town. Hoping to find a new Roomate but not in a hurry to do so. Apartment is a min drive to mission beach, Pacific beach, and downtown. The Linda Vista trolley station is a min walk. Mostly use that for trips to downtown. Off street parking (tight) is available and unit has a washer and dryer for laundry.
