Hi I have a 1 bedroom and shared bathroom to rent. You have access to the whole house along with a lock on your door for privacy. Once the security deposit is made this ad will not be up. No parties, no drugs, no smoking (outside only). Guest are allowed over according. All I ask is clean up after yourself, and be courteous.
