House is location in Santana Ranch. A very quite neighborhood, people keep to themselves, but are friendly and helpful if needed. I am renting one bedroom, fully furnished, with possible shared bath.. Partial use of kitchen, laundry, living area. Have a quite back patio with fire pit and nice view of the mountains surrounding Hollister. All utilities are included, including wifi.
