Apartment is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one is a half bath. There’s a living room, private backyard, dishwasher, dryer and washer in unit. Area is great, neighbors are quiet. Packages don’t get stolen. Management gave us last minute (only 2 weeks) to find a new roommate. We need the paperwork done by March 5th otherwise management is charging us each $ for a “late renewal”. Everyone here is quiet and chill. Will be very frank, we’re specifically looking for someone who doesn’t have pets, is quiet, knows how to clean up after themselves and doesn’t work from home. (With this many people we found it works better when there isn’t someone here ) there’s three queer people and one straight girl here if that matters. Currently there are two cats that are very friendly and one dog who always stays in his owners room. Hence why we don’t want more animals here.
