I️ have a large room for rent with two windows and a mirror door closet. I️ am a female that works a lot and has two cats, so I would like a future female roommate that likes animals and also works so that we both get some time to ourselves at the house. I’m gone a lot of weekday days working. The apartment is fully furnished and clean. I’m very easy going and kind, so would love the same energy. Not looking for someone who wants to throw parties or who is messy. The apartment is two blocks from the beach and walking distance to tons of great places to eat or shop. Parking in the area can be challenging past 5pm so keep that in mind.
