Looking to rent out the upstairs part of the house. Currently it’s just my daughter and I. I am a school teacher and my daughter is a sophomore in HS. We leave the house before 7am and return after 7pm. My daughter is friendly, respectful, and extremely calm. My is on the pic of the house incase you rather message me that way.
