We currently have a room in a co-ed single-family home we are looking to rent. Utilities are included. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant who is military and is currently deployed. House is in a nice neighborhood and has a pool and a spa. Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, end table and smart TV, all of which are brand new. Wi-Fi is available.We are very clean (we have a cleaning woman twice a month), quiet, respectful and easy going, and expect the same. We have 3 cats between us, so you must be ok with cats but there is no room for any additional animals unfortunately.House is just minutes from the Bay and Route 5 and is close to shopping. Kitchen is shared as is the clothes washer and dryer. On street parking is available. The room is large enough for one person only. No smoking on property.
