My roommate and I (both girls in our thirties) are looking to fill our 3rd room in our three bedroom apartment located in downtown Fort Lauderdale/ Las Olas area. Rent is twelve hundred plus Utilities ( usually ranges around $ one hundred for utilities ) . Room comes furnished but furniture can be removed. Our lease ends end of February .
