I have a basement room for rent in my home that is furnished and has an enclosed private bathroom. I have a daughter who stays occasionally so I prefer female roommates. Also prefer no pets The bed will be different than the one pictured The rest of the house would be shared. Modern kitchen and spacious living room on the main floor. Ping pong and pool table down stairs with a big screen tv. Hot tub and a private back yard. I could only post 6 photos but the home is very nice and elegant. Occasionally I will have guests over for dinner and games. You are welcome to entertain your friends here as well. The price includes utilities and there would be a one month deposit required.
