Nice little with GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION just off . Cool chill back yard patio, bbq, nicely setup. I'm an older retired lawyer. Son lived w/me but now with GF. Had a year old for over a year but he moved on last week. ONLY "short-term'. Month to Month so no term commitment in case things aren't working out or something better comes along.
