Hello! I am looking for someone to take my lease in Lakeview east as soon as October-end. It is a one-bedroom apartment ( sq ft) with a small back porch on Briar and Halsted, close to the Blue Man Theater group. The rent is $/month and the lease will end in August end . It is a -minute walk to the Belmont Harbor (lake). Belmont metro station is a minute walk. I am also willing to keep some of my furniture at reasonable prices including the couch, one single bed, and one coffee table. Please comment if you are interested.
