Looking for a room in Jupiter, Florida only. And walking distance to Publix. (I cannot drive yet)
I am female, Retired, RN nurse, Asian, from Philippines. I am active and still managing some RE in NYC so I spend time between NY and Florida.
I am very healthy, I don’t smoke , no pets, drink only socially and occasionally. I am quiet, clean and honest!
In have a house in NYC and would like to have a place in Florida that I can stay occasionally! I am intending to stay long term but I would prefer a month to month rental, for a start!
I prefer close to shopping, walking distance to Publix or any food markets mostly! I can secure the place anytime when available!
