Hi! looking for another woman preferably to rent out the other room in my b apartment. It’s a private bathroom and the unit has a washer and dryer inside. Big patio as well, and I do have dogs and a cat so unfortunately no other animals would be allowed, I’m sorry. Looking for someone who is okay with no parties in the apartment, and will be clean and respectful. I am usually in my room reading or walking the dogs or at work. I’m a licensed esthetician and I’ve going to concerts with friends. :)
