I have 1 teenager that lives here every other week. (Shared custody). He is , mature and polite. I have 2 small dogs that are very friendly. There is 1 other female tenant. The rent is $ monthly, due no later than the 3rd of the month. Prefer no pets but negotiable and non-smoking is preferred. Available
