We’re looking for a clean, respectful, easy-going, and LGBTQ+ friendly roommate to join our bathroom apartment. You’ll get a spacious private room with your own private bathroom/ shower, designated off street gated parking space and small extra storage space.$/month all utilities included (internet, garbage, water, gas, electric). There is a small side yard so a well behaved quiet friendly dog (under lbs) considered w/ additional pet rent. The apartment is shared by three roommates. We’re laid-back and like to keep the space tidy. The location of the unit is fantastic.
