I graduate this December and need someone to take over my lease. The apartment IS dog and cat friendly. Three roommates reside here, one of them owning a cat. All are women who attend Texas State University. You will have a bed frame and mattress, as well as a chair with a built in desk and night stand. Shelving is also above the desk. All of these come with the apartment. Everything in my images is my own decor and won’t be there when I move out. There is a private bathroom with a sliding door, bath tub, and toilet. There is also a walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room is publicly shared. You do not need to bring in couches or dishes. I will also be leaving a mini fridge behind. Bedrooms are carpeted, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room is hardwood flooring. There is a gym center as well as a pool. The Texas State University shuttle bus also stops by the apartment complexes and has a route back to the university. Please message me for more images and information!
