About me
I have two private rooms for rent in a nice 4 bedroom house in Canoga Park/West Hills located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood. One room has a private bath for twelve hundred fifty per month and the other has a shared bath for one thousand per month. The current roommates are my daughter and son-in-law who are in their mid twenties. They are kind, considerate and respectful. The rent includes utilities, driveway parking, laundry, maid service for kitchen, bathrooms and living room biweekly. I am looking for someone who has a steady job, decent credit and can pass a background check as I want all roommates to be as safe as possible.
