Amazing location close to freeways , southwest, summerlin , redrock casino. PERFECT for traveling medical professionals or students. I'm there about ten days per month . Used to airbnb place but I don't have to flip it anymore, I prefer a stable person with good track record to rent my place instead.Furniture can stay but decor can change and you can change it if you wish . $ all untilties included( we will split equally summer months) .
