My girlfriend and I are renting this house and are looking for a roommate for the spare bedroom and bathroom. The house is now fully furnished with everything listed except for bedroom furniture. Includes: full kitchen with appliances, washer, dryer, bar room and fireplace, basement with pool table, patio with firepit, dining room, living room. We have a dog and a cat that live with us and they are super friendly.
