The building is near the B/C or red line express trains, which gets you downtown in less than a half an hour.The room has high ceilings and is huge by any standards, but especially for NYC. It has enough space to fit a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and dresser. Laundry is in building. The neighborhood has a few trendy restaurants and bars, coffee shops.
