My negotiation to keep the master bedroom would be that you would get the garage full-time. The living room is already fully furnished, but I’m happy to remove anything if you’d like to add things! The townhome is close to the Cherry Creek Reservoir, about minutes from DTC and Anschutz campus.The neighborhood is very quiet - everyone keeps to themselves.
