I have two renters already, both nice people. We have several cats, mostly outside. I’m offering a bedroom and shared bathroom with one other renter. Kitchen and laundry privileges. Space in the driveway for your car. Must have a job outside of the house. Must agree to a background check. We all have had one. No overnight guests. We don’t have them either.
