For those who are looking for a Portland room, I am 2mins across bridge and we don’t pay income tax up here :) Hi! I rent a 3 bdr home in Vancouver, in a neighborhood called Pinebrook. Lovely landscape, equipped with a man made duck pond feet from back porch! The home offers a fireplace/WD/garage/High speed internet/Netflix/Hulu. You would be renting the 2nd bedroom and sharing a bathroom with another roommate. The common spaces are open for entertainment/entertaining, preferrably on the weekends. Overnight guests are fine, as long as they respect parking/food/utility use. Would prefer no more than 3 nights a week. Looking to rent month to month, but can lease short term for right fit. Bad credit ok. Can work with criminal record. No hard drug users. Room is unfurnished. Friendly. Not a big drinker. 1st Roommate: Me! Rachel, F, employed full time for the ESD. I work swing shift Monday-Friday until AM. No pets, no kids, no marriages. During the week I usually sleep until i have to work, and come home to wind down with dinner, shower and netflix. Weekends usually doing cleaning projects around house/Having beers/playing cards/BBQing or spending time outside of the house. I pretty much keep to myself. Open-minded, laid-back, understanding, and reasonable. 2nd Roomate: Nick! M Nick works Sun-Thurs 1am. He spends his time gaming or playing Pokémon outside he home. He is quiet and helpful. :) I have significant other and am not a stranger to adult noises, and hope you are also are mature enough to hang with that. We buy our own food/toiletries/laundry products.
