have two rooms available on August 15th. I have my own house in the nice area of Highland. I am looking for male or female. I am a single white female age 24. Roommate requirements: Must be social Must want to be friends, and eventually join our friends. My house isn't a party house, but I do enjoy parties. Must have a job for at least 6 months with pay stubs to show for it. Must be easygoing, I will not tolerate arguments. (If there is a problem within the house, I want to discuss it as a group.) Must be compatible with the other roommate I have choosen. Must be clean. Must be ages of 21-26 Dogs are okay, as long as they are outside. Cats are okay as long as the litter box is well maintained. No drugs, except marijuana. If done more drugs under the sun, so if your on something besides mj I'll know. Smoking is okay outside. About the house: Located in a nice quality area of highland. Large private backyard. Grapefruit trees, lemon, orange, pecan trees available in back yard. Private community pool access. What will be available to you: The whole house except my room. Pool access. Garage access. You may bring whatever furniture you like for your room. You also paint and design your room the way you like within means. Guest must be approved by me prior to coming over. Once I'm used to them they will be welcome to come over. Couples are welcome, the price will be bumped up accordingly. If a couple is approved, I will not tolerate fighting. The cost per room is 500 a month with a 500 first month deposit. . Bills such as water, trash, electric, etc.. will be paid and divided evenly between the room mates and myself.
