Private bedroom and closet, bathroom shared. All bills are included as well. House is shared between me and my wife, our 2 dogs, and 2 other people. This room is available starting October 6th. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent will be due at lease signing. We typically do 6 month leases. Room is not furnished, but everything else is.
