Nice, safe area of Frisco, Texas. Wakeland HS school district, quick access to Dallas Parkway Tollway (DNT). Close to all the exciting things offered in Frisco, including the Dallas Cowboys' stadium and retail, "The Star".
$ room (pictured) is furnished with Queen bed, dresser / mirror combo, two side tables with lamps, window and closet. If desired, you can have unfurnished for $/month.
Have another same size UNfurnished room for rent across the hall ($). If second room is rented, those two tenants will share one bathroom.
If both rooms rented by the same person(s), rate for both rooms is reduced by $/month.
Rooms and bathroom are located at the front of the house and basically in their own separate wing / hall. Main floor - no stairs.
All utilities included: wifi (business high speed), electric, water, trash. Tenant will have access to a free user profile for streaming services on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus and Peacock.
Kitchen is a shared space and you will have cupboards and fridge and freezer space for your use.
Will require virtual interview to ensure good fit and $ deposit for application and background check.
Twelve month lease. All genders, races, ethnicities, creeds welcome. No smoking. No cats or dogs.
