Hi I am female looking for a roommate any age range who is clean, respectful, and responsible to pay bills on time. I live in a two br 2 bath on the bay near downtown Naples. It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood with nice tennis courts and pools in walking distance. There is an outdoor space that is a part of our building that has a jacuzzi, grill, and hammock looking out on the bay. This building I live in has units. I’m on the first floor closest to the bay. Your bedroom has a view of the water. And a little patio area. It’s a glass door so it’s a private entrance as well. There is a nice kitchen, living room, and den. Rent is and there is an electric bill that we would split. I am hoping to fill this space as soon as possible.
