INCENTIVE: you will receive my $ security deposit when the lease ends in November. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I need to move ASAP due to personal circumstances, but I absolutely love my apartment and am so sad to leave. The complex is super nice, with two pools, various hang out areas, and a fitness center. It is located in a prime area of chandler: 5 minutes to Old Downtown Chandler as well as the Chandler Fashion Center. I will be selling most of my furniture and am willing to make a deal if you want to buy some of it as it is already in the apartment.
