About me
I have a three bedroom home. I am renting out one room. The large room rents for $700.00. There is a swimming pool, dish washer, washer and dryer. I live on a cul de sac, so you have to park on the street. My RV is in the parking space. There is no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no partying, no overnights. You must be employed, clean and not very loud. I am very active and I am not home very much. I work from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. I play in a basketball league, am busy on the weekends and usually at my significant others home. You will be at the home most of the time by yourself. Therefore, I need someone who is responsible.
