My wonderful roommate is moving to Miami so I am now looking for a new roommate for this pretty bathroom apartment. The building has an elevator, gym, laundry and a bike room. It’s located less than a minute away from the Hewes St subway station (J and M) or less than minute walking to both the L and G train. There’s a grocery store right downstairs and a lot of other great places in a walking distance. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and tidy, friendly and most importantly respectful. I would love to be able to hangout and become friends with my roommate but I also find it important to be able to have our own personal time when needed. Please feel free to ask me anything!
