I have a laundry room as well, the only thing is you need to provide your own detergent. The bedroom is also furnished with a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, bookshelf and a dresser. The bedroom is $ a month and that is including all utilities, keeping in mind being eco-friendly use of AC/Heater. It would preferably be a 6-month lease.There are already three of us here, looking for a new housemate! :) Down payment is one month's rent, so $ for your parking fees for the year. Because we are in a gated community each car needs to purchase a $ transponder and a $ resident parking sticker. And then first month's rent before moving in.
