I originally bought the house last year with a friend, but a mental health crisis has put us in the position of needing to find folx to move in to help with the mortgage. The mortgage is $, and because I have the master bedroom and use the garage as my Art studio, I take on the bigger share. Utilities, internet, and City services come out to $ each month depending on the usage of electricity, heating, and air.
