Quiet, single dude seeking roommate to split rent with for an apartment in Doral with a move in date of October (half of $ rent and half utilities). Tend to keep to myself, but I’m not completely anti-social. Just a chill person that values a peaceful life due to the stressful nature of my work life… My current roommate just had a job relocation and is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her. I’m available to meet on weekends. I’m currently in an intense training program at work for the next couple of years, so I’d be compatible with any grad student types that need a couple quiet hours each day for study time. If you’re the opposite it’s still not a problem, I’m a heavy sleeper and fairly noise tolerant. I also have a Secret level clearance working for the government so I have a clean background check.
