Hello future roommate! I am moving out of the apartment I share with Davis, my friend. (shared bathroom) I’ll be moving out end of February, and my room in the apartment will become available March 1st. The lease ends end of August. We would require the new roommate to be approved by the leasing company. _____ About Davis (Originally from Alabama) He is a gentleman and very respectful. I told Davis I would help find someone. I am vetting everyone and then when the time comes you can meet us both (but I will be moved out and won’t be living on the premises.) Davis is very quiet. He keeps to himself and is very clean. This is why he’d prefer to room with a woman. Because we are clean. Davis and I never run into conflicts. He is very easy to get along with. He likes to cook - but he ALWAYS cleans up after himself. And never leaves anything in the sink. He sometimes plays music in the living area very lightly, not loudly. Davis does smoke cigarettes, but not in the apartment. This space is smoker friendly, just not in the apartment. Currently the apartment is unfurnished. And my room with be available unfurnished.
