Description

We are two creative professionals in our thirties, working in film, seeking a third roommate for our three-bedroom Echo Park apartment.

We're looking for a super laid-back male (preferably) who is open to having friends over and sharing a creative space (e.g., watching movies, working in the living room, etc.) to rent our unfurnished bedroom.

The apartment is located near Sunset & Alvarado in a well-maintained building, featuring an open living room with plenty of natural light and a mid-sized kitchen. There's an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking garage space included, and it’s just a ten-minute walk from Echo Park Lake.

The available bedroom room has great natural light and decent closet space. The bathroom is shared with one roommate. The room is unfurnished.
