(1st ave between th)The room is furnished with a full size bed, shelf and nightstand and has a closet with overhead storage and a window that gets lots of direct sunlight.The roommates are all single males in their s, no pets, no couples, no smoking, everyone is working and/or going to school. Must have proof of income/ credit score +, one months rent security deposit and first months rent to move in.

We have one room available for a one month sublet in our beautiful ba East Harlem apartment. The room is available from May , and comes fully furnished.You would share the apartment with my husband and I, we are both artists who work a lot and I’m also in school full time. We are fostering a dog at the moment so she may or may not be in here in May depending if she finds a home, but she’s super sweet and calm, she never barks and she’s crate trained.
