Preferably looking for someone in the same age group. Must be respectful, clean/tidy, financially responsible, easy to communicate with. No drama please!

Pets in the house: 2 young cats (Princess Pickle and Venom) and a 5 yr old dog (Thea). All are very affectionate and friendly.
No additional pets allowed at this time, sorry!  Some pets in tanks like small fish or lizards may be considered.  
Smoking of any kind is outside only, including e-cigarettes and vape pens. We are
friendly.
