Looking for a female roommate to take over my roommates portion of the lease in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the Maple Leaf area. The lease would be 1 year starting ~ (our lease ends that date so the new one would start around that time). Need to find someone by .

* The room has a window, spacious closet, and shares a bathroom
* The apartment is two stories: Bedrooms are in the basement, kitchen & common area upstairs
* Balcony with great views!
* Reserved parking space included.
* We have a great relationship with the community in our area, especially the neighbors in the buildings next to us and across from us

Great location near bus stops, about a -min bus ride to UW campus.

Looking for:
- A female roommate who is clean, communicative, and cat-friendly(I have a cat 🐱).
- Unfortunately, my cat doesn’t get along with dogs or other cats!
- Ask me questions about what is permitted on the property and not :)


I am currently a CNA at a children’s hospital and keep relatively busy, I am planning on returning back to school as well. I am clean, chill, and like to wind down after a long day at work. My roommate is moving out because she’s about done with my masters degree and will be moving for work.
